How do settling-in sessions work?
We offer a flexible settling-in process tailored to your child's needs. This involves gradual sessions to build confidence and familiarity for both you and your little one before their official start date.
What are your opening hours?
The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are open year-round, except for bank holidays and a short closure period during Christmas.
Are healthy snacks provided for the children?
Absolutely. We provide healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day. We cater to all dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural preferences.
Do you accept nursery 15 & 30 hours funding?
Yes, we accept both 15 and 30 hours free childcare funding for eligible 9 months old to 4-year-olds. Please get in touch with our team to discuss your specific eligibility.
How do you ensure child safety and security?
Safety is our absolute priority. Our building has secure entry systems, CCTV in key areas, and a strict visitor policy. All staff members are paediatric first aid trained and background checked with qualifications.
